He is a recipient of the honorary fellowship in writing &#8220;The International Writing Program Fall Residency of 2015&#8221; in Iowa City (USA).<\/p><\/div><div data-hook=\"rcv-block22\">He has published one novel and ten volumes of poetry, and has his works translated into several languages.<\/div><div data-hook=\"rcv-block24\">\u00a0<\/div><div data-hook=\"rcv-block24\">Alongside a career as a writer, he teaches high school chemistry in his native city of Qateef.
